Kristi Basinger

A native of Key West, I’ve lived all over, but have been happy to call Sunny Hills home since 2003, where my husband and I have raised our four now-adult kids. (How happily have I finally entered into the Grandparent phase of life!) I proudly come from a long line of FSU graduates, including my grandmother (teacher of music in Key West for 53 years), two of her nieces, my parents (who met at FSU), my husband and me (Marching Chiefs 1980!), and two of our sons, Rainey and River, both alumni who currently reside in Tallahassee. (Go Seminoles!)

 

Besides a BS in computer science, MS in math ed., teaching for several years, home-schooling for a time, and owning and running my own tutoring business, my pursuits have run all over the board. Shortly before the last kid flew the coup, I took a wild chance and jumped on the Realtor bandwagon. Let me tell you, I’ve found my calling! Could not have imagined the degree to which “work” would feel more like fun. As a “compulsive educator,” and lover of great people connections, my success comes from my resourcefulness, friendliness, commitment to educating my clients, and drive
to get my people from contract to closing -- smoothly, accurately, and as fast and comfortably as possible.
 

What do I care most about in life? That’s easy! Truth, wisdom, kindness, learning, fantastic and supportive relationships, great communication, and fun.
